COFFEE MOCHA FROSTING

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp Simple Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

 

Preparation:

  • In a small bowl or mixer, combine TSB Coffee Concentrate and cocoa. Beat until completely combined.
  • For the icing, add sugar room temp softened butter and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Whisk until fully incorporated.
  • Scrape bowl and beat icing until it has a spreading consistency.
  • Use to frost cakes, cupcakes or eat straight out of the bowl
  • Enjoy!
