COFFEE MOCHA FROSTING
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Simple Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation:
- In a small bowl or mixer, combine TSB Coffee Concentrate and cocoa. Beat until completely combined.
- For the icing, add sugar room temp softened butter and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Whisk until fully incorporated.
- Scrape bowl and beat icing until it has a spreading consistency.
- Use to frost cakes, cupcakes or eat straight out of the bowl
