WHAT’S OUR PROCESS?
When it comes to coffee, we know you take yours seriously. And if you’re anything like us, you also like to know what goes in the coffee you drink every day, and how it’s made. Well, here’s how!
We make our own in-house blend using only specialty grade 100% Arabica coffee beans, ground to perfection and then meticulously steeped very slowly, to develop those rich flavours with lower acidity. We steep our coffee concentrate anywhere between 24 to 48 hours at a lower water to coffee ratio to ensure that every sip is as good as the first one.
We trade time for temperature and instead of brewing with very hot water over a very quick duration, we use a controlled water temperature and an extended period of time to extract the perfect amount of flavour from our beans.
Brewing great coffee is also about using the right water. To achieve optimum extraction and make sure our brew tastes exactly how we intended it to, we use water that has been that has been de-mineralized, and then re-mineralized with the right minerals to get the perfect pH balance, TDS and extraction creating that perfect brew.
We then use a step-by-step filtration process to remove any unpleasant bitterness and acidity associated with most cold brews and coffee concentrates out there. And as simple as it is, it still has an intense but smooth flavour that mixes perfectly with anything.
We also monitor the temperature conditions of both our brewing facility and the water used in the brew to ensure that you can make the best cup of coffee, no matter how you brew it!
