EASY BAKE LAVA CAKE
Ingredients:
- 100 ml Simple Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1 egg yolk
- 10g powdered sugar
- Parchment paper
- Vegetable oil/Cooking spray
- Cocoa powder
Preparation:
- In a bowl, chop dark chocolate into small pieces
- In a separate glass bowl, add egg yolk, powdered sugar & TSB Coffee Concentrate
- Whisk well until fully combined
- Boil water in a pan
- Put the glass bowl in the boiling water and stir till the mixture starts simmering
- Add chopped dark chocolate to the heated mixture
- Whisk well until fully incorporated
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Layer the parchment paper with vegetable oil or cooking spray
- Pour in the mixture
- Refrigerate overnight
- Garnish with cocoa powder before serving
